Purpose :
- Provide administrative and BI support to Sports Marketing department, including Clubs, RFEF and Sponsorship.
- Responsible for managing the Supply Chain Management tasks of the department.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide support to the Federation and Clubs department (50%)
- Process purchase orders for the Federation and Clubs (managing over 150,000 units) : execution, meeting deadlines, monitoring, filing, and control (A large budget is involved).
- Automation of product returns.
- Management of club billing closure (Monthly Mutual Billing and MWB account closure in December).
- Control and archive of contracts.
- Management of tickets from FIFA, UEFA, and, where applicable, those based on contracts with our clubs.
- Monitor and report sales and relevant KPIs for Fed and Clubs
Supply Chain Management (40%)
- Control and monitoring of orders placed by the entire department, with special attention to purchase cut-offs and cleansing periods.
- Request AF process if needed.
- Regular meetings with the SPOMA SCM Europe team to align with European SCM policies and assess potential collaboration opportunities among different markets.
Sponsorship support (10%)
- Key contact for GBS in Ariba.
- Systematic response to daily sponsorship requests.
- Contracting external services for department events and meetings.
KPIs :
- OTIF SPOMA orders.
- RFEF & Clubs finance control.
- RFEF & Clubs Business intelligence sales trends.
- Quality in the form and timely management of administrative support.
- Control and management of payments in a timely manner.
- Satisfaction of internal clients

- Marketing (Sports Marketing, Go to Market & MOPS)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- University degree
- Education in Marketing / Sports Business Management will be a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience performing similar functions in the field of a multinational company
- English : advanced level
