The Sr Service Product Manager drives the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company’s products and services portfolio.

Applies broad knowledge of the company’s product / service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology, and emerging product / service opportunities.

Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share.

Evaluate in-depth market analysis and lead business case for optimization of existing products / solutions alternatives and / or to create the next generation of new products.

Collaborates with research and development to create products and validate early product definitions.

Working at NTT

In this position you will be required to :

Engage with and offer support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the product requirements meets required goals.

Analyse product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources.

Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.

Work closely with product vendors, delivery teams.

Define product specifications and feature roadmaps for new product offerings : Private Wireless Networks, Edge Computing that will competitively position NTT offerings in the market.

Establish product development and new product introduction framework with external OEM partners and NTT technology delivery organizations globally.

Manage product roadmap and commitments to delivery date with OEM partners and NTT Delivery teams.

Own the Network Offering product life cycle end to end, regular assessment of NTT offering and marketing positioning to expand market share and sales growth.

Experience in driving solutions in strategic verticals Manufacturing, Logistics, healthcare, with aim to develop user requirements for NTT product offerings.

Develop sales tools, sell to guides, and training.

Representative for customer meetings, and Analyst meetings as Industry expert

Working Conditions :

This is a home office-based position, with travel for company / sales meetings. Responsibilities may require evening work in response to working with Asia and European coworkers and supporting the Global Sales Team.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $, to $, plus bonus. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards offerings that NTT provides to employees.
