You can look forward toan interesting and varied job :
- Analysis and maintenance of HR master data and business processesin the area of Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Conception, creation and further development of HR keyfigures and reports for quality assurance
- Customizing and adapting SAP HCM modules according to companyrequirements
- Maintenance and furtherdevelopment of databases in the HR area and linking of varioussoftware systems
- Comprehensive networkingwith internal and external interface departments
What you bring with you :
- Completed studies in the field of (business)informatics, business administration or comparable
- Sound specialist knowledge in the structure and use ofkey figures and databases in the HR area
- Several years of experience in working with and customizing SAPHCM; basic knowledge of SAP BW desirable
- Analytical, process- and results-oriented way of thinking andacting
- Open communication style and an eyefor detail in a large system
