Lead the access strategy in all phases of the product life cycle (Phase II to post-marketing). Prepare the P&R and national access strategy. Lead the RAM/KAM field team in implementing strategy-aligned tactics that ensure adequate access and positioning at both the regional and hospital levels.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the access strategy and execution of Novartis products to reach the best positioning and reimbursement condition at local/regional and national level across the entire life cycle.
• Lead the cross functional team (including VAS and TA)
• Having deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive and P&R environment to provide relevant input decisions.
• Provides analytical rationale for Business Cases Build and leverage strong networks and relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and individual and institutional key decision makers, to optimize the positioning and messaging of
Novartis products and facilitate the co-creation of value propositions with customers.
• Define key milestones from pre-launch to listing and ensure excellent execution.
• Provide filed access team with tools to get the best positioning from a competitive perspective Be a key partner with Global/ Regional team to ensure local needs are taken into account and collect insights.
