Multiasistencia, important innovative and global multinational, with more than 35 years of specialization in multi-risk claims management, located in the north of Madrid, seeks to incorporate a Strategic Buyer for its offices in Madrid.

Reporting to the Sourcing & Procurement and in turn to the Head of Procurement (S&P), yo will be responsible for coordinating spending and indirect spending including supplier management.

In this Role, you’ll get to :

  • Development of relationships with service providers, except Home service professionals, covering all categories : Real estate, Professional service, Marketing, Travel, Fleet car, stationery, supplies
  • Development of projects led or in coordination with Allianz Partner
  • Implement the best procurement practices and the procurement standard-policies of the AZP Group, ensuring compliance
  • Analysis and definition of the purchasing strategy by dossiers / categories and manage RFPs, negotiations and their contracts
  • Manage spending by category including market research and development of economic and innovative solutions
  • Management of the order and invoice tool to control the purchases that are made and validate as S&P those that are made directly to us, giving the necessary support to the areas involved
  • Monitoring and reporting of the sustainability activities led by the group and / or by Multiasistencia including the report of the KPIs defined for the fulfillment of the objectives of the Allianz Group
  • Monitoring and management of outsourcing services including SLAs and KPIs

What you’ll Need to Succeed :

  • University degree training : BusinessAdministration or similar.
  • Experience in the relationship with suppliers and contract management. Project management is a plus.
  • Responsible with a high level of commitment, results oriented.
  • Analytical capacity, planning and organization.
  • Initiative, proactivity, teamwork, ability to adapt to change and drive and accelerate transformation and change
  • Interpersonal skills to build and strengthen effective relationships with all the stakeholders of the Purchasing Function
  • Essential high level of Spanish / English (spoken and written). French is valuable.
  • Advanced management of office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience in ERPs and SAP will be valued.
