YOUR TASKS:

 

  • As a Strategic Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for controlling Suppliers contract review, risk assessment based on LOA and approval recording in data base in Sharepoint.
  • Monitoring of performance and delays in the workflow.
  • Support Risk and Opportunities management controlling database updates and organizing reviews.
  • Monitoring and controlling Procurement Plan.
  • Support with data extraction and update of Power BI data base.
  • Control for homologation tracker sharepoint list and updates.  
  • Project management, data analysis and integration, regular reviews with Commodity Managers to motivate into action sourcing resources in different strategic initiatives and action plans.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
  • Follow oral and written instructions in English and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
  • Microsoft office Excel advanced user, good understanding in Data management. Power BI and SharePoint knowledge appreciated.
  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in utilizing historical data and visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports.
