Responsibilities : *Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant.
- To ensure that the highest quality of standards is met for service, cleanliness and profitability.*To support Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager maximizing the volume of*Job duties included training, supervising and scheduling staff, payroll, responding to guest inquiries and implementing new menus and promotions.
- To assist the management to achieve departmental goals and total guest satisfaction.
Requisitos : Requirements : *Minimum 1 years of fine dining restaurant experience in relevant position.*Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.*Good command in Spanish & English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.
