Support Specialist (It Security)

The Customer Care cluster is situated in the Implementations unit within our CET (Customer Excellence Team) division with a truly diverse range of software and services.

We develop, sell, implement, support, and train our customers with software for payroll and HR processes.

The Customer Care cluster consists of 3 squads : Customer Care LE, Customer Care SME & Security Customer. The Security Support Engineer is part of Security Customer squad and is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to security and access rights.

Tasks

Your main duties will be as follows :

• Creating new accounts and granting initial rights for SD Worx Customers
• Assigning and adjusting the access rights of external customers
• Providing support for problems related to access rights and logging into customer portals
• Monitoring and periodically checking access rights to sensitive applications and data
• Collaborating with audits on security reviews
• Setting up, managing, and distributing 2FA to customers
• Drawing up and keeping relevant procedures and documentation within the team
• Advising and supporting payroll advisors within the business divisions
• Assisting in the optimization, standardization, and simplification of security processes
