What do we expect from you?
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Operations, Integrity Management and Maintenance systems, processes, standards, best practices, and capabilities for implementation across the Exploration &Production organization
The main functions will be:
Working as part of the Production Division Leadership Team, recommend, plan, develop and implement Division objectives with associated business Quality and HS&E plans
Support Operational, Integrity Management and Maintenance activities across the E&P organization
Develop, communicate and maintain processes, procedures, standards and systems relating to operation, Integrity and Maintenance expertise
Bring external industry Operations, Maintenance and Integrity best practices into CEPSA
Provide guidance on standardized Operations, Maintenance, and Integrity software.
Approve standards dispensations
Use of Digital/Data Management best practices.
Develop and maintain framework agreements, call of contracts, service agreements
Set and own Operations, Maintenance, and Integrity capabilities framework. Deploy systems for staff development.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of Operations, Maintenance, and Integrity experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
High level in English and Spanish languages
Proven track record of leading high performing teams
Proven track record of integrated Operations leadership
Proven track record of developing people
Demonstrated strong collaboration skills are required
Experience working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P lifecycle is required
Cross Operations discipline awareness is preferred
Knowledge of automation and digitally enabled ways of working is preferred
