DirecciónWe’re looking for people who get great satisfaction developping the preparation and execution of R + D + i projects, technological services (analysis and testing, technical advice) and technical training to companies in the Technology area.
Your mission will include:
- Preparation and execution of R+D+i projects.
- Compounding including pharmaceutical, polymer synthesis and modification, API synthesis, reactive extrusion.
- Participation in scientific dissemination activities, technological foresight, dissemination and communication.
- Scaling of synthesis processes.
- Fulfilment of a number of training activities.
- Participate in projects (preparation and execution) as a member of Research Groups or as Principal Investigator: identification of project ideas, preparation of project proposals, execution and coordination and report of projects.
Search and select new equipment and / or accessories according to the needs and possibilities.

Requirements:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in English.
- Master´s program in plastics.
Experience:
- Proven experience in compounding including pharmaceutical, reactive extrusion, polymer synthesis, mechanochemistry, polymer characterization and processing, organic chemistry, monomer and polymer purification, API synthesis and scale-up. Knowledge in process simulation, ASPEN.
- Experience in preparing R+D+i projects within the framework of national and European public calls will be valued.
- Knowledge of plastic materials will be valued.
- Knowledge of quality management in laboratories.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- Ability to consistently deliver great customer experiences.
