What are your tasks?
- Supporting our IT service customers remotely and on site
- Development of creative solutions in thehelpdesk
- Project management in closecooperation with our customers and your GREEN IT colleagues
What should you bring?
- Completed vocational training asan IT specialist for system integration or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience inIT
- Absolute service orientation andprofessional customer handling in 1st and 2nd level support
- Great interest in sustainable topics
- Class B driving license
What other skills do we want?
- IT : DNS / DHCP, network
- Microsoft server products and their server roles (Active Directoryincluding group policies, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365)
- Microsoft Windows client support
- Server virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V
- Data backup software and backup concepts
- IT security (firewall, antivirus software -ideally Sophos)
- Commercial processes
