During your time with us, you will be supporting all the recruitment processes for our internship program :

• You will learn about the job profiles and the teams so you can understand the Hiring Manager s needs.
• You will review CVs and conduct all prescreenings, leading our internship programme candidates.
• You will support our Hiring Managers during the interviews.
• You will look after all the admin behind the program, making sure onboarding and offboarding are both smooth processes.

Qualifications

What we need from you :

• Studying a bachelor's degree or master's on Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology or related studies.
• English level : B2 is mandatory / C1 is a plus. This will be assessed during the interview.
• Microsoft Office - Excel proficient
