Talent Analytics Leader EMEA (including UK)

The EMEA Talent Analytics Leader is responsible for collaboratively developing and delivering the strategy across the region to ensure sustainable, profitable growth and contribution to the global success of the practice.

Talent Analytics is part of Aon’s Talent Solutions. Using proprietary Rewards, Talent Assessment, Performance and Analytics solutions, Talent Analytics provides clients with the data, analytics, and advice required to help them make better human capital decisions that ultimately transform businesses, communities, and individuals.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our offices. This position can be in any country across UK and Continental Europe.

What the day will look like

  • Contributing member of both the EMEA Talent Solutions and Global Talent Analytics Leadership Teams
  • Strong Partnership with country Talent Solution or Human Capital (HC) leaders who have equal accountability for Talent Analytics growth and objectives within the local market
  • Developing and implementing strategic and annual Talent Analytics plans that are consistent with both overall EMEA and global revenue & margin growth targets and expectations, navigating the flexibility required to localise with Aon country plans and structures
  • Support, motivate and develop a successful team delivering excellent client outcomes
  • Represent the views of EMEA to ensure global Talent Analytics products and solutions remain differentiated in the market (Region / Country and Product / Solution feedback loop)
  • Drive growth in Talent Analytics Sales and Data Acquisition across EMEA with a targeted approach that’s based on business intelligence and leverages our industry data dominance strategy
  • Integrate and grow each of our core Talent Analytics capabilities Rewards, Assessment and Performance & Analytics

How this opportunity is different

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Analytics and EMEA Talent Solutions Leader, the EMEA Talent Analytics Leader will collaborate closely with the EMEA Talent Solutions and Global Talent Analytics leadership teams, as well as, sub-region leaders, Regional Solution Line leaders, Client and Sector Leaders, and Commercial teams.

They will be a recognised specialist in Talent Analytics; ideally with exposure to industry sectors where we have a dominant market positioning (includes Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services).

They will be responsible for Talent Analytics capability development in EMEA countries and regional subject-matter guides, providing outstanding client solutions and client experience, thought leadership continuously evolved through learning loops from country team experience, and shared accountability for growth of EMEA Talent Advisory revenues.

The role-holder will also be a senior Advisor on our most high-profile client project opportunities. Through this they will drive utilization and revenue by providing professional consultancy to clients from a wide range of industries, bringing to bear data from Aon’s Talent Analytics solutions while building and championing strong client relationships.
