Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, screen resumes and application forms and coordinate interviews.
- Assist new team members with their orientation day and with the documents required and introduce them to their work environment.
- Create and post job positions in different job portals.
- Assist in the management of internal communication.
- Follow-up of team training.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
- Update internal databases with new employee information.
- Other related duties in the HR department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Human Resources education.
- Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
- You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
- Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
