Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, screen resumes and application forms and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist new team members with their orientation day and with the documents required and introduce them to their work environment.
  • Create and post job positions in different job portals.
  • Assist in the management of internal communication.
  • Follow-up of team training.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information.
  • Other related duties in the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Human Resources education.
  • Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
  • You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
  • Available for at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
