Role description :

Arcadis is looking for a TDD Senior Consultant to join our team in Madrid, ES.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in Tecnhical Due Diligence, technical background, and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our TDD team reporting to Team Leader TDD Consultant.

Role accountabilities :

Strong background within the experience in the elaboration of Technical Due Diligences (3 years).

  • Technical Due Diligence audits: Technical review of installation projects, technical specifications, and maintenance documentation for all types of assets (industrial, residential, tertiary); review of Urban Planning, licenses and statutory permits concerning the asset, analysing regulatory compliance, design and operating conditions and useful life of the building and its elements.
  • Identification of potential risks and limitations in the sale and purchase, as well as estimation of Capex of future investment for property management.
  • Proposals for improvement/optimisation. Assistance to the client during the entire transaction process.
  • Working with clients and managing their expectations and requirements.
  • Follow-up on audited risks until mitigation.
  • Carrying out visits to the different sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Architecture or Technical Architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of due diligence methodologies, techniques and concepts, as well as understanding of client interests within the transactional processes.
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (AutoCad, Presto, Project)
  • 5 years’ post BSc qualification experience with a minimum of (3) years’ in TDD department.
  • English: Advanced (client´s meetings and reporting will be done in English).
