The Customer Technical Success @Autodesk is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Technical Success is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our Enterprise customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. If you’ve a proven customer focused approach to building strong relationships with Enterprise customers, you might be just who we need to help drive our customer success plans.

We are looking for a professional with Infrastructure experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across EMEA. You will join the Customer Technical Success (CTS) group within Customer Success – a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technically driven presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs

  • Innovating, developingand delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, activities including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans

  • Demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve goals identified in customer success plans

  • Technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics

  • Taking a problem management approach, find opportunities for improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience - Professionally qualified Chartered / Incorporated Engineer

  • 3 - 5 years Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions including Civil 3D and Infraworks

  • Demonstrated Design experience in civil engineering projects

  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

  • Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologies

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English and French required

  • Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team

  • Strong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels

  • Proactive approach, where initiative it’s taken, instead of waiting for work to present itself

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers

  • Ability to present technical information to a live or virtual audience

  • Must be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactive

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results

  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers

  • Experience in drafting water/pipe networks (gravity/pressure) in Civil 3D

  • Experience with large highway or rail projects

  • Experience with sophisticated data management tools such as Autodesk Vault or Bentley ProjectWise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Recap, Inventor, BIM 360 services, Vaultand competitor products is a benefit

  • Any other additional European language is a plus
