With awesome teams already in Seattle and India, we are expanding and building a new outpost in Barcelona. Your job will be to design, develop, and deliver the solutions to complex and ambiguous problems with the highest standards.

Key job responsibilities include :

  • Understand the processes to define, design, and deliver payroll and related software solutions based on a variety of technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and design the product with the best customer experience.
  • Drive the implementation and delivery of products. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to an aggressive roadmap.

Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams.

  • Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact.
  • Enforce SDLC process so that timely and quality delivery is achieved.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of Technical Program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's / SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
