  • Master the art of orchestrating software introductory calls, guiding customers through a seamless onboarding experience that sets the stage for a fruitful partnership.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximized satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proactively bridge the communication between customers’ needs, sales and product teams, and deliver continuous value to customers.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales team, crafting convincing business cases.
  • Craft engagement strategies, embracing customer connection and usage.
  • Unleash a keen eye for upsell possibilities.
  • Fluency in Italian, and English (C1 or C2).
  • Fluency in German is a huge plus.
  • 3+ years in utility-scale solar PV power plant design and (or) development projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Experience with B2B sales and customer support.
  • Passion for problem-solving with a knack for finding the best solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance tasks under pressure.
  • Analytical mind, so you can crack even the trickiest solar puzzles.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, and a thirst for knowledge.

Salary Range : Starting at 42,000 EUR gross / year basic salary + uncapped commission, final offer will depend on your competencies, expectations, and performance in the hiring process.
