Role and Responsibilities

Technical Services Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our CAE Parc Airline Technical Services Department. Your primary responsibilities will involve upholding the airworthiness, reliability, and safety standards across our different projects.

You will also work towards streamlining maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. Your role will entail project assignments across our department, where you will be dedicated to delivering efficient and tailored solutions for each of our valued clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Records Central team, the CAMO team and the client to manage aircraft phase-in and re-delivery from and to the CAE Fleet Management Services.
  • Review technical documents related to aircraft transfers, including maintenance records, flight logs and aircraft configuration documents with the aim of concluding every phase that encompasses an Aircraft Bridging Program.
  • Elaboration, periodical review and implementation of Aircraft Maintenance Programs concerning different fleets according to client’s necessities.
  • Assessment of MPD, MRBR, ADs, SBs and non-mandatory modifications to ensure aircraft comply with the applicable maintenance and airworthiness requirements.
  • Enter maintenance requirements in the Maintenance Management System, ensuring aircraft data import has been duly achieved and any possible non-compliance has been detected and addressed.
  • Executing various projects simultaneously as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 years+ in technical roles in Airline’s Technical Services or CAMO.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. / , (EU) No. / , (EU) No. / , and (EU) No. / and related regulations or procedures.
  • Experience working with AMOS, ALKYM or other Aviation Maintenance Software.
  • Ability to communicate data / KPI based results.
  • English fluency is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes, write procedures and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience managing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.
  • Technical Knowledge of the Boeing or Airbus aircraft.
  • Self-motivated and efficient either individually or as part of a team.
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel when required.
