We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist, at ABB Robotics, in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Barcelona.
In this role you will be responsible for developing Technical Training course materials and deliver Technical Training course content for customers, either in classroom, on site or online.
With this role we are looking for a self-motivated technical trainer who always chases the technology and help us build our content with the best possible way in the market and has the necessary skills and passion to train our customers and colleagues.

Technical Training Manager

Your responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers training courses in classroom, on site or on online to our customers/colleagues about ABB robotics products
• Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
• Develop course material and practical material for the courses
• Creates and updates course descriptions and course programs
• Takes into consideration feedback given on courses and implements corrective action when needed
• Procures and maintains course equipment for training courses in own area of responsibility
• Ensuring that the Training delivery is properly organized, resourced, and safely implemented
• Willing to conduct webinars
• Assist Customer Service when needed

Your background

• 3 years of experience in industry in programing and commissioning task
• Good programming skills
• PLC and Industrial communication knowledge and experience
• Good presentation and public speaking skills. You will be confident in presenting in front of a group of people and online
• Enjoy teaching
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel within Spain mainly. Occasionally abroad
• A degree in an industrial field
• Knowledge of ABB robots and RobotStudio is highly valued. Also, knowledge of other robot brands
