We are looking for a Dairy and Plant-based processing Technician to join our Concentration and Separation team and to work on the plant-based juices and by-products valorisation (new ingredients, new functionalities, new applications, new finished goods) using the concentration and separation technologies.
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Participate to the development processes to produce plant-based juices and dairy products, new ingredients and valorize by-products.
- Support for creating, structuring and implementing projects linked to the upstream plan-based process and the by-products.
- Make trials at pilot plant scale, make analysis, consolidate and analyse results Support for optimizing the process, milling and separation.
- Work in collaboration with other experts from R&I Advanced Technology Contribute to the definition of de Design of the experiment with the support of the DOE expert.
- Prepare mock-ups, elaborate and validate sensorial analysis of the products and if necessary, participate in the preparation of consumer tests.
- Develop and centralize the technological expertise more globally of Danone. Participate to the improvement and deliver trainings about food (Plant-based and Dairy) process applications and other topics.
