DirecciónLeading company in electronic solutions, needs to incorporate an Accounting professional for our headquarters in Madrid, must be available to travel to South America for a work visa.
Tareas
- Keping accounting records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts.
- Posting documents. (including costs, accruals, fixed assets)
- Verification of invoices in terms of accounting regulations.
- Preparation of statements and accounting reports.
- Supervision of ledger accounts (timely settlement), participation in month-end closing processes, reporting to the group.
- Cooperation in the preparation of tax returns and other reports for external institutions and tax authorities.
- Cooperation with the operations department.
Requisitos
- Higher education in economics. (Finance and Accounting preferred)
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar position.
- Acceptance of travelling to other regions (Europe and South America)
- Good knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations.(VAT, CIT)
- English language skills enabling smooth communication.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Accuracy, independence and regularity in action.
- Good organization of work and goal-oriented skils.
- Ability to work in a team, communication skill.
- Have working experience in North America or South America would receive
preference.
