Become part of the Demand Planning team, which oversees, manages and steers Demand Planning activities for Human Pharma and Animal Health businesses by ensuring the continuous finished product availability to the domestic market, while maintaining the optimum inventory level. Ensure also the proper material master data management.
As a Demand Planner technician, your main duties will be:
• Manage the activities to purchase products to the international BI sites, CMOs and 3PMs according to the agreed parameters, procedures, and policies. Check, define & plan the optimum requirements meaning a daily control identifying the need to advance or postpone deliveries.
• Ensure the availability of the finished product, interacting with the different systems & stakeholders, while maintaining the optimum inventory level according to the targets defined.
• Coordinate and steer the Sales & Operations Planning meeting (organisation, preparation, analysis, challenge, build, and minutes) to facilitate the creation of a robust demand at SKU level.
• Close collaboration with local and corporate stakeholders to ensure the Product Life Cycle process for launches, changes and withdrawal of products.
• Support and manage the Material Master Data Management.
• Participate and support in local and global projects to improve the Demand Planning outcome.
• Provide support and innovative thinking to improve the current processes and tools.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Supply environment.
• Professional experience in Supply Chain and / or Demand background.
• High knowledge in Excel and SAP / GBS is required. Desirable also knowledge in GRP.
• Knowledge in Power BI and Tableau will be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and problem solving skills, analytical, proactive and positive thinking, team-oriented attitude, customer/service orientation and ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
