Mission :

Exceed TGS Wholesale annual KPIs (revenue, margin, CSI) whilst positioning TGS as a leading company in the assigned markets, exceeding customer expectations, and successfully and efficiently manage an international sales team.

Functions and Tasks :

  • Manage and coordinate the sales process, RFP s and commercial offers to customers.
  • Design and manage high level commercial plans for client acquisition and market development.
  • Lead, manage and motivate a sales team to sell TGS products and services to exceed revenue and margin objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for complex service offerings of strategic significance, such as those with high volumes, or deals with special requirements, and or aggressive time constraints.
  • Lead sales team to achieve customer trust and develop long term and mutually beneficial commercial relationships, establish strong relationships and are seen as trusted advisors.
  • Establish and track sales plans per region, product and account managers to ensure success.
  • Ensure achievement of team revenue objectives, while maximizing margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities.
  • Detect and identify problem areas or areas requiring improvements and develop corrective actions plans.
  • Coordinate with other commercial areas in TGS the sale of products and services to its customer base.
  • Participates in negotiations of special complexity deals, establishing C-Level contacts with customers to ensure strategic relationships.
  • Identify and defend strategic initiatives to promote launching of new services to promote new sources of revenues for TGS wholesale business.
  • Direct and motivate team members to work together as a team in exceeding regional objectives.

  • Develop new and innovative business opportunities in an ultra-competitive marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive relationship with TGS business units to ensure our services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop, grow, and fortify relationships at the highest executive levels with our customers in the region.
  • Manage and coordinate complex negotiations with customers.
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations of special, strategic, and high revenue projects.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a winning sales team that consistently exceeds the requirements of our customers.

  • Network Operation managers and directors.

  • Presidents, CEO s, COO s, Sales executives, and directors of key customers in the region.

Qualifications, Training & Experience

  • At least 10 years of international management or sales in related industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years within the past 10 of proven and successful sales track record with International Wholesale Voice, Networking, Messaging, Carrier Roaming, IoT or Cybersecurity services.
  • Bachelor s degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
  • A master degree is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with proven experience in successfully presenting to and selling to customers in the wholesale and new markets.
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team and matrix organization environment.
  • Strong personal leadership skills, including planning, goal setting, resource allocation and problem solving.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices always.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language is a plus.
  • Frequent International travel will be required.
