We're recruiting guides with diverse backgrounds for the upcoming season. We're looking for guides who are passionate about Barcelona's history, architecture, gastronomy, or art, capable of sharing every detail and corner of our city with our travelers.
We also seek guides who are passionate about nature, outdoor activities, and the mountains for our experiences in Montserrat, our magical mountain.
Don't worry if you lack experience; we provide training! With our team of guides and destination specialists, you'll become a seasoned local expert in just a few months, with ample opportunities for growth! Responsibilities : Lead and connect with the client group during the tour.
Help the client get the best experience posible through the complimentary experiences we provide on each tour. Conduct private tours from our Luxury line and be part of the guide staff on adventure circuits in our destinations.
Participate in Crew & Staff roles for corporate events, outdoor activities, team buildings, among others.
Requisitos : - Essential languages : Native-level English / Native-level Spanish. - Proficiency in a 2nd language is a must : French, German, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean preferred.
Desirable : - Demonstrable knowledge of Barcelona (history, culture, and society). - Demonstrable knowledge of Montserrat (Mountain Guide certification is a plus).
- Over 1 year of experience in customer service and / or guiding in the tourism sector. - Experience leading groups and working in teams.
- Ability to solve problems, commercial vision, and initiative are valued. - Availability and flexibility in schedule. - Valid driver's license. - Residency in Barcelona.
