During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of € (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
We look for support in the implementation of Trade Engagement programs and trainings for the indirect retail. We look for an individual who can convert insights into actionable trainings, implement and follow up an Engagement Toolbox that our field sales force will leverage to develop Retailer Advocacy. Who we're looking for
- A recent degree in marketing, business management, analytics or similar
- Working fluency in English (B2 level and above)
- Excel and Digital Tool Experience savviness You also have :
- Eagerness to manage several projects at the same time
- A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset
- Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity : you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty

- Develop an easy to implement Trade Engagement toolbox for our field sales force.
- Design multicategory training journeys for each key audience of our indirect retail.
