Job Description :
Training Center Office :
- Carry out the preparation and follow-up of the courses in accordance with the instructions in the manuals and the current civil and military regulations (EASA PART147 / 66, PERAM 147 / 66, ATO, AH Group)
- Preparation of the relevant stuff to the instructor and the documentation to be delivered to the students
- Secure the availability of means (incl. the helicopter, models, etc. for the practical courses) an the neccesary agreements
- Up-to-date & adequate custody of all the documentation generated by the courses and i.a.w. the different regulations
- Verify the validity of the training carried out by the Organization's staff, verifying certificates, duration and syllabus of the courses
- Lead the communication with the customers in regards new requests, offers & contract request / execution, registration forms and other formalities to be accomplished before, during and after the training
- Customer survey evalution
- Support to internal and external audits
- Process Management Plan & KPI follow-up, monthly reports to AH
- Exams results anaylisis
- Support the training manager in the traning annual plan, budgets & financial indicators
- Support the Training Center in maintaining current capabilites & certifications, as well as in getting new ones
Experience : More than 5 years in Aernautical Training (TRTO, ATO, MTO)
Language : Intermediate English
