Key Languages :
- Native or full professional level of German
- Intermediate level of English
- Intermediate level of Spanish is a plus
Main Responsibilities :
- Handle Transport Claims in an independent way, by gathering all information needed, using the internal system to receive, process, and manage the end-to-end claim lifecycle in a timely manner
- Collect accurate information and documents to resolve the claim, by communicating with all relevant parties
- Analyze claims, and evaluate their validity
- Manage all administration aspects of the claim, monitoring its progress and keeping the files up to date
- Support the manager in analyzing claim trends, identifying potential problems, and providing insights to improve transportation services
Core Skills / experience :
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in claims administration and / or the transportation / logistics industry is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workloads
- Flexible, multitasker, and adaptable to changes
- Proactive and able to work independently, but still a team player
