ABOUT THE JOB

• You will lead, engage, develop, retain, and drive sales & service performance for a small international team.
• You will invest in new colleagues building confidence and equipping them to perform and succeed whilst monitoring and driving performance of those more experienced.
• You will be regularly on the frontline leading by example be it coaching, closing sales or resolving escalating problems on the spot.

This includes being an advocate of our evolving digital sales & service tools.

• You will be constantly aware of your teams performance vs. target. This includes supporting and performance manage them with an extra focus on those under target.
• Finally you will support your wider destination in general including the back-office team and you may also support / cover the airport operation as and when required.
