Join our team as a Vaccines Commercial Operations Associate Director (Private Market) and play a key role role in driving expansion of our vaccine portfolio with initial focus on our Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) franchise.
Based in Madrid, and reporting directly to the Vaccine Business Unit Executive Director you will oversight strategic and operational planning for the Business Unit and accelerate transformational initiatives through collaboration and leadership of the Cross Functional Team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversight strategic and operational planning for the Business Unit with special attention to Private Market : monitoring progress, managing execution, and measuring results.
- Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate HPV marketing plan of expansion : Health Care Professionals and Consumers and vaccination journey.
- Collaborate, provide guidance and coaching to Cross Functional Team members in order to deliver on initiatives, drive transformation, and customer experience.
- Manage and monitor defined goals and KPIs for the Business Unit Priorities.
- Coordinate contents and strategic approach for Business Unit Executive Director and Business meetings (including country visits) : Vaccine Business Unit narrative, customer value and Environmental, Social and Governance.
- Lead the simplification efforts for the Business Unit
- Secure insights gathering through periodic key customer engagement and primary and secondary research
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a postgraduate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated enterprise leadership skills and skillful analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial, marketing, access, or consulting experience.
- Ability to engage effectively in diverse settings from field-based to global / regional.
- Track record of versatile adaptation to move from strategy to execution.
- Ability to manage uncertainty with resilience, empathy, and sensitivity for team well-being.
