Work independently or alongside other technicians to complete vehicle retrofits and adaptations for attributes performance evaluation
Perform and streamline component swaps (tires, springs, stabilizer bars, dampers, bushings, etc.) during NVH and Vehicle Dynamics tuning sessions
Contribute to fabrication of prototype parts and/or vehicles for engineering development
Installation of data acquisition equipment to include sensors (i.e. accelerometers, microphones, gyros, thermocouples, strain gauges, load cells, pressure transducers, torque sensors, displacement sensors, CAN bus traffic, GPS, etc.)
Assess vehicle performance for NVH – squeak and rattle, brake noise, drive unit noise, road and wind noise, HVAC noise. Record test data if required
Maintain Attributes fleet vehicles in excellent condition
Maintain test equipment

Strong communication skills, independent worker, and an excellent team player able to work on flexible schedule
Excellent knowledge of vehicle and vehicle subsystems operation; knowledge of electric vehicle architecture a strong plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needs require, under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent attention to detail
Basic understanding of NVH and Vehicle Dynamics, vehicle instrumentation (Siemens TestLab desirable), CAN communication
Must have a valid driver’s license
