Job Description
Reporting to our VP Creative, you'll be an important member of our Creative & Experience team. Your mission is to elevate our social media product offerings, harnessing emerging technologies like AI, AR and Web3, and crafting visually stunning digital assets that captivate our global social entertainment clients.
Responsibilities :
- Design digital assets, adhering to brand guidelines to create both static and Motion content for digital and social platforms.
- Lead art direction projects, bringing your creative vision to life across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the team and clients, contributing creative ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Engage in daily project team interactions, weekly design community huddles, and monthly design and Motion meet-ups to foster a collaborative environment.
- Edit and refine visual assets to ensure they meet our high creative standards.
- Flex and tailor look and feel and tone of voice to deliver creative work across a range of brands and projects.
- Understand the agency process and how to help other departments throughout the journey of a project.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English.
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or Art Director in a creative agency or design studio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and a mastery of After Effects.
- An understanding of graphic design, motion styles, layout, and typography is essential.
- Experience creating content for social media and other platforms, with experience in digital-first design and the importance of skillfulness in digital and social content.
- A desire to push and be pushed to create outstanding, thumb stopping work.
- You'll be brand-knowledgeable, able to generate exciting ideas within established guidelines and bring a unique style to your work.
- A team player who excels in an agency environment, respects collaboration, and is open to sharing knowledge and ideas.
