Role Description :
The global website content team is seeking a skilled individual to assist with managing day-to-day content publishing tasks across our international site network.
The Digital Content Specialist will be essential in helping ensure business-as-usual activities on jll.com are managed efficiently, while our team’s focus shifts to a global high-visibilityproject.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital project management, stakeholder relations and problem solving.
This role is a fixed-term position until January 2025*
Responsibilities :
Assist Web Content Operations & Authoring teams with project management of Web Content authoring projects in alignment with jll.com publishing strategy
Ad-hoc project management and assistance in both current and future state capacity
Assist with managing multilingual translations of site content via agency and local language stakeholders
Assist with future-state migration initiatives e.g., pulling and assessing of data
Become familiar with website governance to effectively map page content and answer stakeholder queries
Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, OR equivalent and relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing capacity
Previous experience working in a global capacity in the financial or professional services sector preferred
Excellent communication and confidence in working with more senior stakeholders
Knowledge of CMS usage and best practices, preferably Adobe Experience Manager(AEM)
Experience with managing and publishing content across multiple websites and languages
Experience with digital asset management systems
Experience with project management tools and systems, preferably Workfront
Must be fluent in English other languages helpful but not a requirement
