To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a full-time or part-time position in Berlin or Munich for our head office, Real Estate Department, Housing Industry and Real Estate Tax Aspects Division.
IT System Administrator Real Estate (m / f / d)

- Head office : Hildegardstr. 29 / 30, 10715 Berlin
- Southern region : Am Knie 6, 81241 Munich
Your main tasks :
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring system operation and applications, in particular
- Requirements management
- Incident and problem management
- Development, testing and acceptance
- Implementation of IT projects or tasks of a project-like nature
- Special tasks as assigned
- User administration, in particular
- Order management
- Identity and access management
- Service catalog management and service level management
- SAP-specific tasks and administrator for real estate software
Remuneration :
Remuneration is paid up to pay group* 10 BG-AT.
Your profile :
- Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diploma (FH)) in computer science / business informatics or comparable skills and experience
- First professional experience in the area of responsibility
- Professional experience and basic expertise in the field of real estate management an advantage
- Good knowledge of IT service management (framework conditions)
- Knowledge of the applications and information systems offered and operated by BG BAU, BG-Phoenics GmbH and third-party service providers in the specialist area desirable
- Desirable Knowledge of the IT strategy and the environment of the application landscape of BG BAU and BG-Phoenics GmbH or the main third-party providers, preferably SAP
- Ability to work conceptually as well as analytical thinking and judgment
- Networked, proactive way of working
- Strong service orientation and digital competence
- Willingness to travel for several days by arrangement
