- plan IT solutions on thebasis of technical specifications and implement them.
- take on IT project management and the responsibleimplementation of projects.
- independentlycreate IT concepts and planning documents and support thespecialist departments in the creation of IT-related concepts andspecifications.
- are the point of contact forprocess manufacturers, specialist supervisors and projectparticipants in the specialist departments as well as for externalconsultants when implementing projects.
- dealwith market observations, analyses and technical evaluations of newtechnologies for the subject areas covered.

- have successfully completed a (specialist)university degree in a subject area relevant to the task (e.g.computer science or business informatics)
- proven equivalentskills and experience in the IT field.

- have at least 1.5 years ofexperience in the field described.
- havein-depth knowledge of the SAP modules used in Human Resources orFinance.
- have knowledge of portaltechnologies (NetWeaver, Fiori).
- haveexperience in the implementation of projects.
- have above-average commitment, individual resilience,very good comprehension skills, initiative, ability to deal withconflict and willingness to cooperate as well as a high degree ofnegotiating skills.
- are a team player.
- communicate in a clear, descriptive andrecipient-oriented manner.
- are able totransform "requirements" into "tasks" through yoursolution-oriented approach and map these in a targeted manner in acustomer-oriented solution.

The position is permanent and isavailable both part-time and full-time.
Theposition is graded according to salary group A11 career group 2,1st entry level LBesG NRW (Salary Act for the State of NorthRhine-Westphalia, formerly higher service) or according to paygroup 11 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöDIKT).
The salary range in pay group 11(TVöD-IKT) is currently between 4,032.38 euros (experience level 1)and 5,975.19 euros (experience level 6).
Yourprofessional experience will be taken into account when assigningyou to the experience level within the pay group, insofar as thisis possible under collective bargaining law.
