Job Purpose

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities, including cold calls, prospecting, relationship building, and client retention.
  • Stay abreast of the changes in competitors, market drivers and provide regular communication to senior and executive management
  • Ensure strategy plans are finalized to ensure the Company obtains opportunities for projects in the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide information on prospects to facilitate the ability to target
  • Develop client relationships as identified
  • Develop strategy plans for business development of identified targets
  • Development of strategy and participate as part of a strategy team throughout the project cycle process
  • Participate in Company presentations and technical discussions
  • Focal Point within Commercial Department for information on Competitors
  • Accurate forecasting of competitors costs including identifying competitor strategies, execution philosophies and capabilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • You must have a proven 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • You must have a successful track record selling in a solution-oriented, products and services, long-term contract model.

You must be able to prove that you have consistently exceeded sales goals in a territory where skillful contract and pricing negotiation is critical to success.

You must be a high-energy, high-character, entrepreneurial sales professional with an unwavering commitment to excellence for yourself, the customer and your employer.

Professional image along with extraordinary organization, leadership, communication, and presentation skills are a must.

You must be passionate, self-starting and resourceful with a willingness to work as a part of team. This is a fast-paced industry and environment;

therefore, you must be self-managed and adaptable to change and growth.
