Responsibilities
Your future position :
Due to the growth of our Services in Valencia, we are looking for multilingual, motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed in a fast-growing industry.
Currently, we are looking for strong customer service advisors interested in discovering the electric mobility industry.
Qualifications
What we are looking for :
With this role, you'll be the first point of contact and it is your responsibility to ensure a positive customer experience.
Your main task will be to reply to e-mails, messages, and phone calls from customers. Here you will assist in updating contact information.
As a person, you have a positive mindset that will help you to deal with tricky customer problems.
Requirements :
- You can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in FRENCH and English
- You have a positive, and energetic attitude
- You have 6 months or more of customer services experience
- Computer savvy and efficient with different communication and office software tools
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good communication skills and organizational skills
- Willing to relocate or available to work on-site in Valencia, Spain
Work schedules :
- From 8 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38 weekly hours)
- From 11 : 00 p.m. to 07 : 00 from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38 weekly hours)
- From 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, working rotating weekends (38 hours per week)
