To drive these innovations forward, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset, a proven record of accomplishments in building and productionizing ML (Machine Learning) models, and experience in prompt engineering / fine-tuning of Large Language Models.
What are the key job responsibilities?
- Fine-tune LLMs for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of the models to ensure robustness, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and subject-matter experts to brainstorm ideas and improve the quality of the output.
- Deploy models into production.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Generative AI.
What are we looking for?
Minimum requirements
- Ph.D. / Master's in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Understanding of large language models and transformers.
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow).
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, unit testing, and collaborative development.
Preferred requirements
- Relevant publications in reputable journals and conferences, with a focus on deep learning applications.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup / scaleup environment.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud, particularly SageMaker, or other model training / tracking tools for deep learning applications (MosaicML / Weights&Biases / MLFlow / etc).
- Experience with MLOPs.
