As our Master Data Architect your role is that of a maestro orchestrating a symphony of data. Just as a master conductor brings harmony to a musical composition, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and evolving our Master Data architecture, ensuring the seamless flow and integrity of data throughout our organization.

What do you bring
To excel in this role, you should meet the following technical requirements :
Comprehensive understanding of the crucial role Master Data plays in an organization and the ability to translate business context into tangible solutions.
This role requires business acumen.
- Proficiency in Master Data governance systems and familiarity with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and alternative platforms.
- You understand what it takes to set-up harmonization initiatives for consolidating multiple SAP systems with different datamodels towards S / 4
- Familiarity with key technologies and tools in the Master Data space, enabling you to architect robust and scalable solutions.
To succeed in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualities :
- Knowledge and Vision : Deep understanding of Master Data architecture and the ability to envision its future state, aligned with business objectives and data analytics strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools related to Master Data management and governance.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Ambassador of Architecture Governance : Advocate for architecture governance, ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices in Master Data management.
- Strategic Thinking and Adaptability : Apply strategic thinking to align Master Data architecture with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and articulate architectural concepts
- Ability to influence : Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, showcasing the value and impact of Master Data architecture on business outcomes and the ability to adjust your message from abstract / conceptual to engineering detail - depending on your audience.
