Do you have background and knowledge in HR administrative tasks? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills?

If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as Associate People Operations Specialist.

What Youll Do

  • Preparation of contracts and addendums and any other documentation related to the employment
  • Communication and coordination of documentation and information with the payroll company (gestoría)
  • Ensuring all the paperwork is up to date in relation to payroll taxation
  • Resolution of any employee questions and concerns, mainly related to contractual, payroll and work permits paperwork
  • Management of all type of leaves, in terms of legislation and using EPAM tools
  • Coordination of trainings and Fundación Tripartita documentation
  • Coordination of off-boarding activities and corresponding documentation
  • Ensure employee database is up to date
  • Participate in creation and implementation of people processes
  • Ensuring the compliance of the client requirements and paperwork involved
  • Assisting with any admin task related to HR or any other department as required
  • Expected to work effectively supporting People Partners. Activities may include support for people processes, programs, and events for the center, location, account, region
  • Expected to work effectively, able to identify risks, escalate, and identify suggestions

What You Have

  • Spanish University degree (Relaciones Laborales) or high-level education (FP2)
  • High level of English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Dynamic and proactive person willing to develop different tasks and open to collaborate with other departments
  • Organization and admin skills
  • People skills and collaborative attitude
  • Payroll, authorities, and bureaucracy requirements knowledge
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel & Outlook); competent user of the internet
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit and be forth coming with different ideas
  • Resilient, resourceful, and punctual
  • Flexible and agile. Able to adopt to a changing environment
  • Enjoys working as part of an international, multi-cultural, cross-border team
  • Discretion when supporting activities and handling sensitive data
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done!

Nice to have

  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or knowledge (payroll, benefits, leave administration, relocation, mobility, or other People Operations)
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) - Relaciones Laborales
