- Support in creating all the commissioning relevant documents ( e.g. confirmation letters, study information sheets etc) & working with fieldwork suppliers to ensure that they have the appropriate resources & contingency plans in place in order to successfully complete the project objectives
- In collaboration with researchers, contributes to reviewing the suitability of screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires, for survey specific purposes, liaising with FW vendors
- Set up and lead briefing of f / w partners, therefore ensuring deep understanding and knowledge of all project fieldwork requirements
- Responsible for setting expectations from FW agencies and holding them accountable throughout the project
- Sole point of contact for translation management
- Responsible for monitoring timelines relating to the programming of overwritten links and seeking input from researchers to avoid delays and errors
- Responsible for advising and monitoring FW agency’s strategy / contingency plans e.g. screening criteria
- Monitors fieldwork progress against study specifications and proactively handles fieldwork issues when they arise, suggesting potential actions that can be taken by the project team / client
- Manages fieldwork budget, and proactively communicates with researchers in the case of overrun
- Supporting team in performing data checks daily, advising scripting team in case of technical issues, removing / resetting appropriate respondents
- Help and support in overall data quality making sure that respondents are valid and respond to the quotas required
- In the case of qualitative work, ensuring that the quality of the recruits and moderation exceeds expectations
- Liaising with analyst and making sure that content analysis (if external) is delivered according to projects deadlines

Experience & Qualification
