Consistently demonstrate EA values and create a positive atmosphere that fosters the collaboration, motivation and high performance of the entire team.
Business Analysis orientation :
- Support the TPM during the gathering requirements process.
- Support the TPM during the analysis of the data compiled and the creation of the technical plan for each of the projects assigned.
Project Management orientation :
- Support the TPM with the communication during the execution of the project plans.
- Be responsible for tracking the progress of the technichal plans and project day to day reporting to the TPM any issue or risk identified.
- Act as the lync between EA Loc teams and Engineering team for the issues found within loc toolset during the localization of the projects.
- Help the support team with the prioritization of the bugs
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Technical background
- Project Management, Bussiness Analysis and CRM skills.
- Very good fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Very good communication skills (any format, any context)
- Good knowledge of different development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Prototyping, Extreme Programming, )
Experience Required
Essential :
- 1+ years of professional experience in start to end Project Management (from conception to implementation, deployment and mantainance)
- 1+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis and / or Requirement Analysis.
- Previous experience in EA Loc, at least 6 months.
- 1+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering projects (Software Development or IT Implementation / Deployment)
- Proven working experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, ...) and Agile Project Management.
- Proven experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural team.
Desirable :
- 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure or systems deployment.
- Technical experience in localisation projects or similar experience within the entertainment industry.
