Job Purpose :
The HAPS / Operational Excellence Student role is accountable for :
Manage the information upload to the performance management digital system Support use of Digital systems for OEE and Perf.
Management in production Build non-digital performance management Support for process standardization
All within production and maintenance areas.
Key Responsibilities :
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn from activities to progress YOUR career, these tasks include some of the following :
Documenting and upload all relevant information to digital systems.
Initial configuration of KPIs, action plans, team members for all team huddles in the digital performance management system.
Initial system configuration of all production and maintenance standards for line use.
Support on correct definition of measures and use of digital performance management systems
Design, print and put in place performance management boards, both digital and non-digital
Observation of processes and support development of operator standard work.
Education and Experience :
University Degree (BSc) or equivalent. Ideally Engineering / Organisation / Information Technology / Pharmacy.
Role requires a knowledge and / or specialism in Lean / Six Sigma / OEE due to HAPS is based on the concepts / tools from Lean / Six Sigma Production.
High level of English.
Rational thinking.
Data driven.
Good communications skills.
Intermediate use MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Basic programming skills.
Power BI is a plus.
