What would be the responsibilities of this position?
Customer Interaction : Interact with customers via phone, and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences.
Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
- Booking Management : Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
- Reservation Handling : Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
- Sales Assistance : Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution and result-driven person.
- Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive can-do attitude’.
- Fluent in English and a native Italian speaker.

Apart from the base salary you will get + shift allowance + commissions from sales.
