Click here! Life in our team : Our sales Spanish team is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who will work with one of our leading portals : Globaliza.

Born in 1998, Globaliza.com is part of the LIFULL Connect network of real estate classified ad portals and aggregators. Its main products are focused on real estate agencies.

The Spanish team working on Globaliza is made up of 2 people and the manager of the team. One of your colleagues is focused on Key Account Manager (farmer tasks) and the other one is focused on Business Development (hunter tasks).

We expect a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional whose 100% focus will be on increasing our client portfolio and generating revenue.

Proactivity, a positive attitude, and a process-focused mindset are a must for this role as you’ll have full responsibility for increasing our client base and overall revenue for the region .

What you will do : Prospecting and attracting new clients. This is a 100% hunting role. Expansion of the company's client portfolio, as well as the volume of businesses created.

Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities. Interact and negotiate with all type of stakeholders and decision-makers in a straight-forward sales cycle.

Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool). Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.

What we are looking for : Please keep in mind that, although we would love to meet you, a valid working permit for Spain is needed to proceed with your application .

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, preferably within a call center type of business. It’s a must to have experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure with a high orientation to achieving objectives.

Native level of Spanish (Catalan will be a plus). Some of the things that will help you to perform at your best (aka perks!) : Hybrid Model : during your first week of onboarding, we will ask you to go to our wonderful offices in Barcelona.
