Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision-makers through mapping, cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media tools for prospecting such as LinkedIn.
In this role, you will navigate profile organizational structures and pursue both individual and team goals, analyzing data and using them to generate new business opportunities.

What will you do :
- Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads, and create new business opportunities for the French Market
- Meet your quota; calls, emails, opportunities, and revenue; in a fast-paced environment
- Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for our business
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM; Salesforce
- Develop strong product knowledge and be ready to learn proactively from your colleagues
Who You Are :
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience working for the French Market
- BA / BS degree in related field OR proven experience in a similar environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo
- Ability to work autonomously, build projects and create value for your team
- Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
- Passion for online medias, digital marketing and newest trends
- Knowledge of the advertising landscape and KPIs is a strong plus
- Experiences with MS, Salesforce and Outreach are preferables
- Must be eligible to work in in the EU full-time without restriction
