Role
We are currently looking for a person who can join the Business Development team to perform the following functions :
- Provide Administrative Support in the Business Development department, including managing agendas and meetings
- Collaborate in monitoring the business plan between the different departments : execution of the different actions and promotions.
- Database management in CRM at the data level, management of offers and marketing campaigns.
- Support in the organization of events and presence of the firm at conferences, events and fairs
- Support in campaigns with clients and use of Adobe Marketo
- Support in the preparation of documentation for presentation at awards
- Support in layout of Word and Power Point documents of offers or projects
- Support in carrying out market studies
Minimum requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Power Point
- High level of English (equivalence to C1)
