This role leads PepsiCo Foods H2/H3 strategic projects at MU level. Key objective is to define strategic trajectory, develop business and facilitate cross-functional execution with clear PMO. Reponsibilities incl. 1) Identify new business opportunities at MU level, incl. new channels, occasions, innovations etc.; define clear size of prize and PEP right to win with solid market analysis; 2) Develop business case to launch and scale such business opportunities, deliver GTM, portfolio and activation solutions to realize business growth; drive implementation at MU level while leveraging BU resources; 3) Lead China Foods key strategic projects landing in MU, incl. Quaker and B&C offline expansion, perfect store 2.0 solutions; 4) Support on business intelligence in MU

- Proactively identify new growth opportunities by creative thinking to seed for future breakthourgh ideation
- Conduct external market research, consumer and customer needs analysis, category trends deep-dive and competitor benchmark to provide fact-based insights and develop well-rounded view
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders incl. category, sales, GTM, supply chain and R&D to intergrate cross-functional inputs
- Develop business case to launch and scale such business opportunities, deliver GTM, portfolio and activation solutions to realize business growth; drive implementation at MU level while leveraging BU resources
- Lead SLAM teams on project base to work on key commercial agenda, incl. GTM, Digital channel sustainability, Omi-channel capabilities and new market entries; Decode winning solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams, incl. overall business model, portfolio solutions, footprint expansion, channel activation and efficiency improvements
- Drive e2e business case development by leaning in problem solving, brain storm, prioritization as well as challenging status quo and running pressure tests
- Establish investment plans, deliverables, and KPIs to make clear of path to success
- Lead China Foods key strategic projects landing in MU, incl. Quaker and B&C offline expansion, perfect store 2.0 solutions
- Cascade strategic goals to develop concreate action plans, including key mildstones, timeline, actions, KPIs and clear R&R; Partner with all stakeholders for alignment and commitment
- Execute cadenced tracking and reporting; Identify potential risks and road blocks, resolving issues or escalating for timely turnarounds
- Continuously review and iterate business plans & execution results for opportunities of improvement
- Demonstrate strong influence management and provide day-to-day coaching for peers to elevate commercial team strategic capabilities
- Support on business intelligence in MU Support on other seed-for-future projects for channels and portfolio transformation
- Conduct regular analysis on BU business performance and identify opty.
- BA required; 4 years + experience of top consulting firm or 7 years+ FMCG MT preferred
- Bright, self-driven, and intellectually curious thinker who is passionate about consumer goods and its commercial agenda
- Excellent problem solving intrinsics with analytical skills and clear structured thinking to define problems and framworks
- Very strong communication and cross-functional mobilization
- Comfortable with ambiguity
