A 15-strong team, consisting of specialists inorganizational development, IT consulting and operations, isgradually modernizing internal and external administrativeprocesses and taking care of many other issues in order to make thedistrict administration fit for the future.

Business Intelligence Developer
These are your tasks :
Further) development of the data strategy for thedistrict of Pinneberg
- Driving forwardinnovation topics (e.g. digital twin or open data)
- Design, development and implementation of processcontrolling using key figures and metrics for process performanceevaluation in tandem with the Controlling and Process Managementteam
- Preparation and implementation of BIworkshops, training courses and training for process owners
- Integrate systems with Board incollaboration with the team
- Managingexternal service providers for system customizations in the BIsystem Board
- Development and execution ofdatabase queries and performance of analyses
- Development of tools for efficient data storage
- Evaluation and improvement of existing BI systems
- Creating and updating technicaldocumentation as part of system development
What you bring with you :
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering ora comparable course of study
- Relevantexperience as a BI developer or data scientist and familiarity withBI technologies
- Professional experience inpublic administration is desirable
- Experience in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) anddata mining
- Comprehensive understanding ofthe database management system, online analysis processes (OLAP)and the ETL framework (Extract, Transform and Load)
- Knowledge of SQL queries is required
- Ability to take initiative and act innovatively
- An independent, proactive andwell-structured way of working
- Empathy andthe ability to work in a team
- Assertivenessand a sense of responsibility
- Willingness toundergo continuous further training
