WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Project Manager to join our Data team. As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that contribute to the overall strategic goals of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and on time.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Use agile methodologies to deliver projects.
- Lead project teams through the execution phase, ensuring adherence to project plans and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with department heads to secure necessary resources and support for project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on project delivery. Develop contingency plans and strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED:
- You have a University Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Manager role, ideally within a Consumer Goods Enterprise.
- You have strong analytical and strategic skills, with commercial background.
- Experience of +2 years in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience…) adds value.
- Proven experience in Business Project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Technical skills such as SQL is a plus.
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish
